These terms cover your use of Job Search, a product of KC Data and Process Solutions ("KC·DPS", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you add — your profile, CV, and application tracker — and for keeping your login credentials to yourself. Job Search supports two account types: job seekers, who search and track vacancies, and employers, who may search job seekers who have opted in to being visible.
To keep the service tidy and to avoid holding personal data longer than necessary, an account that has had no login activity for 31 days will be permanently deleted, along with its profile, CV, tracked jobs, and messages. Before that happens, we'll email the address on the account once your account approaches that threshold, giving you a chance to log back in and reset the clock. Logging in at any point resets the inactivity period back to zero. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once it has run.
Your skills, headline, and CV are never visible to employer accounts unless you explicitly turn on "Visible to employers" in your profile settings. You can turn this off at any time. Employers can message you through the app if you're visible; we don't share your email or other contact details with them directly.
Employer accounts may search visible job seeker profiles and send messages to candidates they're interested in — for example, to invite someone to interview. Messages should relate to genuine recruitment purposes. We may suspend an employer account used for unsolicited marketing, spam, or any purpose unrelated to hiring.
Live vacancy listings are pulled from third-party job boards (currently Adzuna and Reed). We don't control or vouch for the accuracy of those listings — always check the original posting before applying.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
This is a plain-language summary of how the service works, not a substitute for formal legal advice.
